  • CBDT has issued draft guidelines for maintaining and furnishing TP documentation in Master file & Country-by-Country report

  • Due date to file form TRAN-1 has been extended to 31st October 2017 from 28th September 2017  vide order no. 03/2017-GST dated 21st September 2017
  • Govt. notifies extension in time limit for submitting declaration in Form GST TRAN-1 till October 31: CBEC Order

  • As per notification no. 35/2017-Central Tax dated 15th September 2017, due date to file form GSTR-3B for the month of August, September, October, November and December 2017 is 20th of the subsequent month respectively.

  • CBDT has clarified that the TDS certificate on the interest income earned on deposits  made  under the  Capital Gains Accounts Scheme, 1988 for and upto the period of death  of the  depositor  is required to  be issued on the  PAN of the deceased depositor, and for the period after death of the depositor is required to be issued on the PAN of the legal heir.



    Due date to file GST returns for the months of July and August’2017 have been extended vide notification no. 29/2017-Central Tax dated 5th September 2017. The extended due date for the month of July 2017 for filing of GSTR-1,2,3 is 10th, 25th and 30th September 2017 respectively and for the month of August 2017, it is 5th, 10th and 15th October 2017, respectively.

  • Penalty for late filing of form GSTR-3B for the month of July 2017 has been waived vide notification no.28/2017-Central Tax
